We plan, design and run weddings across the island — from the paperwork at the town hall to the last song at three in the morning.
A wedding abroad is a logistics project wearing a beautiful dress. Somebody has to know which chapel in the Troodos villages allows an outside florist, how long the municipality in Paphos needs for your marriage licence, and which caterer still answers the phone in August.
That is our job. We have been doing it in Cyprus for fifteen years, with our own florists and our own decoration stock, so the arch you approved in a sketch is the arch that stands in front of you on the day. You choose how much you want to hand over — the whole wedding, the design, or only the last four weeks before it.

Six ways to work with us. Most couples start with full planning; some only need the flowers, or someone to hold the day together.
We run the whole thing: budget, venue, suppliers, timeline, guest logistics and the day itself. You approve decisions, we chase everyone who has to deliver on them.
Concept, colour, flowers, tables, light. Our own floristry team cuts and builds everything in Cyprus, from a single bridal bouquet to a ceiling of hydrangea.
Civil weddings in Cyprus are straightforward if the file is right. We prepare the notice of marriage, book the municipality and tell you exactly which document has to be translated or apostilled.
Beach club, stone winery, hilltop chapel or a private villa with its own olive grove. We shortlist against your budget and guest count, then walk the site with you or send video.
For couples who have planned it themselves and want to stop being the project manager at their own wedding. We take the file four weeks before and run the day.

Flowers, tables, light, music, timeline. You approve a sample table setting; we confirm every delivery window in writing.
We are on site from the first truck to the last guest. You get married. Everyone else calls us.

We are deliberately small. You speak to the person who will be standing next to you on the day, not to an account manager. We take a limited number of weddings each season so that nobody gets a copy of somebody else's celebration.
The team works in English, German and Greek, which matters more than it sounds: your mother-in-law, the priest and the municipal registrar rarely share a language.

The short answers. We go through all of it properly on the first call.
Yes. Cyprus is one of the easiest countries in Europe for a legal civil wedding. Both partners give notice at a municipality in person, with passports and, where relevant, a decree absolute or death certificate. The standard ceremony can take place after a short waiting period; municipalities also offer a faster procedure for a higher fee. Requirements are set by each municipality and can change, so we confirm the current list for your date and your nationality before you book flights.
For a Saturday between May and October, twelve to eighteen months is comfortable, because the good venues and the two or three best photographers go first. Smaller weddings and shoulder-season dates are often possible at six months. We have also put a wedding together in seven weeks; it costs more and the venue list is shorter.
It depends far more on guest count than on taste. Tell us your ceiling on the first call and we will tell you honestly what is realistic for that number of people, instead of quoting a package and adding to it later. Our planning fee is fixed and stated in writing; we do not take hidden commission from suppliers.
English, German and Greek. That covers the couple, the guests, the priest, the registrar and the suppliers, which is usually where destination weddings get stuck.
May, June, September and October are the sweet spot: warm evenings, sea still swimmable, light that photographers travel for. July and August are beautiful but hot, so we move ceremonies to late afternoon and keep guests in shade. Winter weddings work indoors and in the mountains, and cost noticeably less.
Yes. Orthodox and Catholic churches in Cyprus each have their own requirements, and some village chapels have strict rules about decoration and timing. We handle the church coordination, and for couples who marry legally at home we plan symbolic ceremonies anywhere on the island, including on the beach.
Yes. We are based in Paphos and regularly work in Limassol, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Nicosia, the Troodos villages and the Akamas peninsula. Travel within Cyprus is included in our fee.
Most of our couples visit once, and some not at all. We send video walk-throughs of venues, photographs of sample table settings and a written decision list, so nothing is agreed on a phone call that nobody wrote down.
